Criminals Wanted!
Welcome to Albany Oregon, home of the place where you can hit people, start fights, spit on people, scream, throw rocks at windows and get NOTHING! No one is arrested, no one is sited, nothing is done. Those of us who are innocent, and were awoken to the noise and called the police are told to stay in our homes and don't do anything. Then the police leave, twice. Next time you get the urge to commit a crime (as long as you don't rob the city managers house... That is front page news with crime lab tech's crawling all over) come to Albany. You can do it here and get away with it, even after the police come.

that's odd, here in our village where also a few criminals going on that night. They through stones at several windows, windows from the supermarket, the drugstore and an other supermarket...(?)
