Little more whining

RE: the previous post.
To explain this picture: we and any of our guests park at the curb just to the left of the stroller that the neighbors leave half on the sidewalk.
None of this trash was here before they moved in. How embarrassing for us when our guests have to pass this to get to our door (we are to the right, down a passage way so our door cant be seen in this picture).

That IS pretty bad, do they ever clean or is it always like that? Can you ask them to clean up their junk?

An anonymous letter in the mail box asking them to kindly clear it away might do the trick?

I would call the department of family and children's services. Even though they probably can't do anything at this poing, they can get a file started so if thongs get worse, the little ones don't have to suffer as much.

Also, if possible, keep a notebook of dates and times you notice the little girl unattended and all the times you go over there to tell them to turn the music down, etc. It may come in handy when you are either talking with children's services or your apartment managers.
