What time is it?

Christmas Time!

We received my other Christmas gift Saturday! (Some of you may recall that i got an electric fireplace with a pretty cherry wood mantle as the 1st gift)

Sadly, the new pretty clock is relegated to the back room for the duration of the festivities. There just isn't enough room in our front room with the big tree in there. We have a beautiful 8ft. noble fir taking up about half the room, so until after the holiday, here it sits. I look forward to rearranging the furniture come new year's eve!
(I have this minor compulsion that begs me to rearrange my furniture every few months so, i mean it when i say i'm excited about rearranging... and it's even better when i have new stuffies!)

Beautiful clock and the tree sounds divine! I love a twinkling Christmas tree at night. Happy holidays and thanks for the visit - I'll bet you can find an open mic in your area, esp. if you are anywhere near a college town.

Meanwhile, please allow me to share these thoughts penned onto this card. It is entitled My Christmas List of Blessings written by Vicki J. Kuyper:

"My Christmas List of Blessings"
My Christmas List is more than just a way to keep track of the special people God has brought into my life to love.

It's like a treasured scrapbook filled with pleasant memories of all the times God's answered prayer through friends and family.

Every name's a touchstone that leads to a place and time,
where God has used another's heart to reach out and touch mine.

It may have happened years ago or even yesterday,
but every person on my list has changed my life some way.

Through simple conversation, a warm hug or a shared meal,
every person on my list has helped me grow or heal, or laugh or love or learn or smile...The blessings never end as God allows our paths to cross as family and friends.

So please know that this greeting is more than a Christmas wish. It's a "thank you" card to God for putting on my list each and every one whose name I've come to hold so dear...

Those who've shown me Christmas joy each day of the year.

From me and mine to you and yours, Merry Christmas and Happy New Years ......:)

I have the same compulsion but with a beautiful clock like THAT you are going to want to get the rearranging correct. ;)
