Local Color

For today, Indiana and I went walking and decided that we would like to share some of the beauty that we see within just a block of our home. Late Fall is a wonderful time here in Oregon. I hope that these pictures can help us to share the coolness of the crisp air, the delicate scent of wood burning in fireplaces, and the brilliant sparkling blue of the sky with each of you. Oh, and of course, share some of Indiana's delight in all of these things!

Look for your own beauty!

BEAUTIFUL photo's....I tell you, that little guy of yours just grabs my heart!!! Your MOM must be in Heaven!! The fall colors are so beautiful, aren't they? And it is great to see them captured on film....
Thanks for the comment about JFK, Dak-Ind...It was the end of a lot of things; Never to be the same again. I often wonder if people felt that way back when Licoln was killed, or..because because they couldn't see things and news sometimes took 6 months or more to get out there all over the country...was it not as much of a devistating thing?

Oh, you're lucky to get different colors. Basically we get an astonishing number of shades of green.
